Facilities
All of the studios are soundproofed and benefit from nearby tube and BR transport links. We haves two off-street council parking permits and there are a couple of nearby commercial car parks.
All studios have fresh air pumped in from external sources, and most have air-conditioning installed.
All have access to main studio washrooms and toilets. Food and drink is served at the bar.
Security
A steel door protects entrance to the main building with both Yale and Chubb locks. The area is surveyed by 24 hour CCTV camera.
Each studio is double Chubb locked with entry phone access. At the end of each corridor there are additional entry-coded access doors. All security measures comply with reputable musical equipment insurance companies

Fees and Leases
There are no service charges, or other hidden charges. Building insurance, business rates and electricity costs are included in our fees.
The minimum term of lease is one month, with one-month deposit returnable at the end of the tenancy (subject to damages). Rent is usually payable monthly in advance. Small discounts are available for 3 or 6 months advance payments.
