You can imagine taht we’ve got a great studio construction team. So LMS are now also offering you a studio build service – please see the “Studio Build” section of the site. If we can’t accommodate you, how about we build you a studio in your own premises?

High demand means that there is just one studio left in the building available to rent. It’s a 25 sq m rehearsal space, ideal for bands looking for a semi permanent base with 24/7 access. It’s sure to go soon, so hurry if you need a space in central London.
Of course, things may change, and it’s always worth seeing what’s available, but we’re pretty nearly full…
From December 1st we will have two large room available – perfect for band rehearsal or writing. The rooms are about 35 square metres in size and extremely well soundproofed. They would be ideal for a band (or a group of bands), or a label or management company with a roster of acts who need a permanent base to rehearse and showcase. The rooms are available at £295 per week, or £1270 per calendar month, plus VAT, all inclusive. And all this close to Shoreditch, Hoxton and the West End. There are VERY few spaces like this left in central London. It’s advisable to contact us early so as not to miss this opportunity – we will be emailing labels in the next few weeks. Don’t miss out!
Well we said it would go fast – we barely had time to put it on the website, but Studio 8 has now been rented. Keep watching this space for updates re. the new studios and forthcoming vacancies.
Stop press! Studio 8 is coming available from 1st November! It’s very short notice – mainly because Marc forgot to post this when he should have done… The smaller rooms come free very rarely. This will go soon so don’t delay if you’re interested. It’s a decent sized programming room with a vocal booth – take a look at the layout in the Studios section. Update on the new studio build – we start work in mid-November. There will be 7 new studio units available – ranging from large programming rooms up to full band rehearsal size. We’re hoping to have the new studios on stream in mid-December, but they are liable to be taken before completion, so hurry if you are interested.
After that project we start on a makeover of the whole building… and of course an updated website to let you know what’s going on!

Since they’re just downstairs we’re biased, but Fortress really is the best value recording studio and rehearsal complex in central London!
